I understand that amount of dedication and persistence that I will need to undergo so creating a BP account will help me take action in this pursuit along with connecting with others who have more experience and knowledge.

.- I grow my network of “friends with benefits” — vendors and team-members that prosper with me in the pursuit of financial wisdom and independence through REI.Cons- I cannot drive by it, or leverage any bit of my own understanding of the local market, so I’m beholden to the vendors I align myself with.  

Then, while you are in that roll, make it your mission, you're passionate pursuit to treat every person with dignity and top-tier service (even the dirtbag yelling at you because they are being evicted (after not paying rent for a few months and trashing the place). 

I have family in Chicago who know of my real estate pursuits, and so when they reach out to me saying to check out the Chicago area more, then I will look into it.

@George IlievGoing thru the class is great but if you are not going to pursuit being n agent it can get expensive with the fees you pay.

Maybe some sort of legal action I can pursuit on my end.

If your going to be a flipper, get a broker to find out what the market is doing and continue with your pursuit of finding properties to flip on your own as well.

Or, because this is actually a pretty decent purchase, maybe you DID think those things through, but just did not fully optimize for the pursuit of early financial freedom.

I had a hunch the whole time to keep and rent out since renters where drastically looking for nice places to rent.It took the bank over 2 years to foreclose on the property.I look back now and realized the money I loss being scared.I heard Trump say back in 2007 on television, to never give up real estate.Now I know I should’ve applied the strategy I had back then and would most likely still own that property and enjoying at least an $800 a month cash flow.So I’m back to real estate investing and this time in pursuit to do great things and not be scared.

Is there a recommended priority you would give to my pursuits?
