If you're sending me yellow letters, pretending to be someone just interested in my house who is sending me a personal and unsophisticated note inquiring about whether I might want to sell (and that impression is the whole point of yellow letters) and I LATER find out you are an agent, I am not going to be pleased.Also, check your state law and ethics guidelines about when disclosure is required.Disclosing early seems to me to have no downside.
