I try the manual ACH and when I put in my routing number, it says this account cannot accept transactions like this.it's been almost a week and neither Cozy nor Blue Vine has responded to my help tickets.So, what online business checking for LLCs work well with Cozy? 

Buildium or AppFolio allow you to do online payment using ACH/eCheck, Credit Card, or Electronic Cash, and a lot more.

I was planning to add a requirement in the lease for automated ACH payments from Cozy.co or similar, as some others on this forum recommend.  

Then once I become comfortable that they are being responsible I will let them mail the rent or setup ACH.
