It can be a little frustrating to have to scroll scroll scroll scroll, just to get to the latest message of 20.

@Kevin Kite - was scrolling through the new member introduction and saw you were one of the only posts that no one had commented on... so from a fellow new guy welcome.

Cody, WY jumped out at me when I was scrolling though.  

Even though it's three years old, I'd recommend scrolling down to his section on buying your first investment property(http://www.sweetzoneproperties.com/author/matt-cro...).

@Anthony Angotti, if you are getting too many (irrelevant to YOU) alerts, I would be inclined to just retain the alerts that include the LOCATIONS you are specifically interested in (while un-alerting the other words), but then scroll down quickly through all the latest forum posts each day and click on relevant thread titles and "follow" the ones of interest to you.

I do not like having to scroll through pages of posts to see what is new.

If you go to my ACT Investment Properties, LLC Website, click on the tab "Investment Strategies" and scroll down until you see a photo.

As I scroll down I see the "Holding Costs" section.HOLDING COSTS:Mortgage Payments ($900.00)Property Taxes         ($600.00)Insurance                 ($300.00)Utilities                     ($600.00)Lawn Care               ($150.00)Total:                      -$2,550.00As I know these are estimates but when and what are the best ways to prepare for the holding costs fees? 

After I scroll down past the first "page" of recent posts it super sizes the profile pics of everyone.
