Our employees love it because it allows them the freedom to take mental health days, personal development/fun days, and/or be present at important events in their kids/familys life.It's interesting to watch how much more productive people are when the constraints of M-F, 9-5, 50 weeks/yr are loosened up a bit. 

I want to take charge of my finances and feel empowered and pass this mentality onto my daughter.  

Don't think I'm mentally ready for a full on rehab yet!

My cpa had a mental breakdown and I am trying to get a question on the 2 in 5 rule on a place I'm looking to sell.

Maybe, it is unethical for tenants to the tenant to live in your rental unit knowing that they are taking advantage of you because you have mental issues in regards to raising their rent.If the apartment is worth $910 per month then that is what you charge.

You get to know people and their character quite well, build mental toughness, and to learn an important skill.

The reality is, it take a long-term mentality (it could take several years) and a very focused buying box.  

I like to think about it as the lawyer mentality.

When I think about rehabbing, financing, property management, and other aspects of the business, it can feel a bit disorganized.I may be getting ahead of myself here by thinking about documentation and systemization, but I'd like to have some kind of mental framework regarding how to think about the different aspects of real estate and how they relate to each other so that I can have a bit more structure in my thinking. 

He and I hit it off as we both had a mentality of 1 step at a time, but let nothing get in our way.
