That seems rather harsh to say that, you don’t know who I am or what I have done in life thus far, so what’s for saying “be serious about wealth accumulation and let’s have a discussion”?

That may come across as kind of harsh, but I just couldn't sit here knowing how those kind of deals end up going and not share candidly.

Hey Buddy, Maybe time to take a deep breath and consider:When people get the re bug, they often loose track of the harsh realities of investing vs the excitement of doing a deal. 

Sometimes these forums can be a tad harsh....but can also be the kick in the butt we need.  

Not to be harsh, but your numbers look off to me.
