I just don't know if its worth the risk of waiting for the 2 year mark.

Dec. 1 would be our 90 day mark that they estimate the house will be filled up, but I'd be shocked if that actually happens.

Once that is completed, I will determine if I want to refinance the properties at their 10 year mark and continue to grow my portfolio, or start paying off balances and increase my cash flow for retirement. 

He'd had some early successes in Australia and then headed to the US to make his mark.

What I noticed was the ones who invested just post GR were completely behind the mark, the one's who've been in it for longer were great at anticipation.I've asked all for updated pro formas and seeing how they evaluate the headwinds this time off updated rates, insurances, taxes, etc., If it's a reasonable, the capital call in my opinion is less of an issue than folding like a lawn chair. 

@Mark Fries - I don't know, this thread has some interesting information and a bit of entertainment value to it.

I'm thinking of going with Mark J Kohler's firm, but they have not yet confirmed they are able to create a structure like this or something similar.The more I read about this matter, the more confused I feel on what to do next.
