There is plenty to digest in this thread already but I'll just throw my simple 2 cents in...If you have no experience in real estate, construction, or finance, you will not double or triple that $60k in a year.

also there seems to be a dozen concurrent threads on this topic with only slight variances.I wish there is a way all these discussions can be distilled, digested and build on to get us landlords more educated. 

@Necho Williams My guess is Clever Investor has all the information in one place, ready to digest rather than searching BP for all the steps related to wholesaling. 

When you're motivated to learn something you can ask, debate with experts, and digest.

Diving into each successful listing and really digesting why it has performed so well will be your best bet on this.
