Apparently city inspectors can not use a screw driver, basement door was screwed shut for protection. and my representative was not prepared ( she was from the cleaning company I hired to start the clean out ) but she did not have tools either. .

I literally walked to his house one day.If he had been into real estate, he probably would have built a smart house -- something similar to the "smart dorm" build by the Berkeley kid.One of things I would like to see is an app that shuts off all electricity/appliances at night, and when no one else is home.

Certainly, there are some basic things such as EQ bolting for the foundation to framing connections and EQ shut off valves at the gas meter that are much cheaper.

If it's a big job (e.g. inside the walls), some people will charge you, and depending upon where the bees are, reconstruction may be needed.My wife and I answered a swarm call once where a huge hive was found inside the walls of a church.

If you fail to show a sufficient income similar to other businesses in the industry, the failure rate increases......why, because if you are a mechanic opening a repair shop and after three years you are not making more than any other mechanic working at other shops in the area, why are you doing it, why be in business, right or wrong, it is assumed you'll be doing what is most profitable for you, and you may just shut the doors and go get a job.

I am embarrased when I go to the Tower Club (a private resturant club) and (where I usually keep my mouth shut) and some pompass a$$ is sitting there talking about all the $hitheads (the code word for the poor and working poor) who are doing or not doing something and some waiter is standing there with a pitcher of water.
