However i would say bay area real estate is better poised then LA just because of the fact that I believe technology( software)  would drive future innovation in any field from medicine to cars and silicon valley continues to be the leader in software . last 10 years has proven that as well .

People will always need medicine and education so safe to say these industries will find a way to survive and thrive post-covid.

So just as well I didnt get my loan but I and a bunch of us small time landlords here in GA in my network did get $1k ACHed into my business account given on my loan app. 

Getting a tenant to set up auto-ACH withdraw from their checking account is the best way to go IMO, @Mary Jay.
