If it is than it is a structure problem in the foundation area.Some times the framer will install a couple trusses that are not very level or high or low and instead of waiting to get it corrected will install it ( he things stupid builder why is this my problem).

I have a truss system and therefore there are no LVL's in place to drill into, but blocking can be added across the trusses.
