Completely new to the field of RE but I see huge potential! 

What field is it in?

Simply because I feel my people and negotiating skills could easily be transformed and work to an extreme advantage in this field of the real estate market!

I'm a big LinkedIn guy having been in the sales and marketing field for the last seven years, so I'm not sure if I did it correctly when I first tried since I am very new to BP here.

I'm just staring out, so basically at ground 0, but Im very eager to learn from experts in this community and field.

Input is appreciated from real estate agents who are in the field and went through a similar thought process.Thank you.

I've technically been in real estate investment field for a few years and own two properties out right.

The export would have all the usual fields but the key details I need are City, Zip and Listing agent contact details exported as a CSV or Excel file.  

I paid $20k and had to replace everything except the well, foundation, septic tank (but did replace the leach field), wiring, and most of the framing.  

The tax is meant to level the playing field so we do not have tax exempt entities driving taxpaying businesses right out of business.A flip is a transaction where the real property is purchased with the intent of being resold.
