Walder, It's been 3 years since you posted here about RFG.

However, I wouldn't necessarily recommend full replacements of any or all of them. 

While I’m currently working full-time in the tech field, I'm passionate about real estate investment and am looking to dive into this space, particularly in multifamily and commercial properties.I’ve recently passed the state real estate exam and am eager to connect with firms, realtors, and brokers specializing in real estate investment.

I think I have all of my ducks in a row but I want to hear from other investors who are interested in this model.Any tips?

Usually a post like this or even remotely similar to this is posted by a newbie or someone that has a coaching program for sale. 

I currently have a client looking to purchase their first investment properties here this year as well as in other Midwest markets that are also showing some of these same factors coming to light.Another thing to consider is that OKC is home to nearly 20,000 military / government workers with Tinker Air Force Base and the Army and Air National Guard posts there.
