I received the appraisal yesterday and it included a warning about potential severe increases in flood insurance costs in the years ahead.

I hear resounding calls to act and warnings against "analysis paralysis".

I like removing that problem, even if it costs more, because everything is clean without concerns and potential future problems that can pop up with little warning.

I think there are many ways to make money and just warning people to take a better route as one day your state may start enforcing the law.

Just wanting to warn everyone about possible issues with using the provided title services associated with a Hubzu auction property.This is what happened to me on a recent transaction on a fix and flip property that I bought in Northern Kentucky just outside Cincinnati.Hubzu’s contract states, basically, that if the buyer uses their designated title agency (Premium Title / Altisource) for title work and closing then the seller will pay the closing fees and owners title policy.

I have noticed the warnings about justifying the price based on the ability to raise the rent, possible appreciation, better management, etc.  

You and him will both learn something new and valuable from each other. warning: If he quits for a while and maybe one day you smell it on him but otherwise he's making payments on time.
