Just a quick question for Georgia and North Florida landlords and property managers.

While chatting with their team is fascinating, there is an absence of online information available about the company, the team member told me neither him nor the director have LinkedIn accounts and no alternative was provided to review their achievements or qualifications. 

I’m from Rocklin area which is north of Sacramento.

Aside from a few streets, I think it has an ok vibe to it (not North Bloomfield/Montclair, but not like rougher areas a little further south).  

Not sure what the market is like in Milwaukee but in North Carolina, rents are declining at about a 1.5- 2% rate YoY and with the supply increasing, it seems as though they're not tapering off yet. 

I'm sure the guys on Deadliest Catch find crabbing in the North Sea lucrative, but I know I couldn't do it.
