I personally have been running cost plus recently because commodity prices are all over the map and I feel it better aligns my interests with the clients interests (my fee is fixed, so if you choose expensive tile or cheap tile it does not matter to me) 2.

They are composition – I don’t understand why they don’t use concrete tile roofs, well, yes, I do, it’s b/c they aren’t Mediterranean style construction.

If it is a suspended ceiling just pop out a tile and use a hammer drill to drill a hole to the outside.

Over the past fifteen years I got new siding, a new deck and new front porch, new marble flooring, new tile flooring, a new roof, new front bay window, some other new windows, paint, new sink, stove, hardware in kitchen, and a basement bathroom with granite floor.

The original vinyl was an off grey brick pattern and the new vinyl that was replaced, under a table area where chairs had ripped the floor, was a greenish yellow flower pattern..It was awful.

The $12 per month will make up in the long term if a claim ever has to be made.Sad to say the weather patterns are changing rapidly and we are in Tornado Alley, as well as we have pretty decent hail storms with great risks of repeat flooding in some areas.

Full re-pipe and re-wire, full sheetrock downstairs (ceilings too), upstairs just new texture, all doors replaced, all cabinets replaced (upper and lower), all new flooring (enigineered wood, tile and carpet upstairs), etc.
