In my business there are no cost for due diligence to the note buyer.. its all in a nice neat package takes them about 15 minutes.they can also get payments direct to them.. they don't require service r however if they want a service r usually about 10 to 12 a payment  your yield would be affected just a tad..

Oftentimes, a person can distribute a small portion of their properties owned in an SDIRA to themselves (with appropriate 1099-R reporting, of course).
