Back when looking at it, I knew the bedroom walls were textured but not that the thing is mine and I've been in it daily for the last few weeks, I'm realizing I absolutely hate the textured walls.

A maintenance company takes care of them in the meantime, and I can jet on down if anything major pops up.

They typically have a texture, making easy to touch up.  

The home was built within the last 15yrs and has your standard dock w/ boat lift, deck, 2nd floor balcony, florida room, jet tub, etc.
