It was to close in Dec, but the bank is dragging their feet in signing the deed, someone is always out of the office with the holidays. 

Granted, the holiday season is probably the worst time to list a rental...I'm using all of my traditional outlets: Zillow, Signs and reluctantly Craigslist (I quit using this on account of the tire-kickers and scammers and dirtbags LOL).

According to the data out there it seems like maybe its just a combo of the down season and also a glut in the market (around the holidays there was a 50% vacancy rate). 

Paid is Paid, they dont have to answer you or maybe they are just out of town for the holidays

Good morning, I am currently visiting Canada for the holidays & I found a few vacant properties.

We did it over the holidays so there was a solid week where nothing got done. 

Since it was a holiday and they were closed last Friday I was hoping not to have to wait this long to find a satisfactory answer.

After sending the HOA the update deed we also paid an extra $50 to put a rush on the HOA demands so we could close on time.Day 4 December 24, 2015 ~ There was a half day of rehab done on this day due to the holiday.
