I got familiar with Koneohe and Kailua and some idea of how the permit process might go while taking the tests to become an RME for our contracting company (it took the DCCA 2 months to respond to my query about whether  permits would be required for a federal job we were bidding on state land on the big island.

Now who actually *visits* might be a lot different than those people who post questions, reply to queries, etc. 

I’m guessing this audience would have a bias towards yes to your second query.

The happier internet users are, the more they will use Google to search the webbles, and thus the more morons like us with websites will beg Google to put our sites high and google can then charge us a poopload of money for ads and such.So it is their job to bring forth the ULTIMATE best site relative to the search query a user inputs into the search engine.

I am currently in negotiations with this company, yet my query is to determine the viability of moving forward with the transaction as well as, to see if anyone out there has any additional information/experience that would be helpful in making a more informed this decision?

Now, it has been mentioned to me that the Landlords Association in Ontario has the ability to query criminal history (which would mean they have been accredited and have access to CPIC to perform name-based searches), but I have not confirmed this information (perhaps Stephen or Greg could weigh-in).
