If you want to try and find cash flow and stay in this price tier, I would look to small and mid-sized communities like Killeen, Temple, Bryan/College Station, and Corpus Christi as examples.

I think I’ve decided that I’m going to keep the bait stations.

They have a sorting station where you can drop specific items such as electronics, paint, oil, mattresses, and tires.

I would send an email to the state Atty generals consumer affairs officestating in the email you are CCing the title company, selling agent, listing agent and your mortgage company I would do the same with every local radio and TV station as well as all of the big networks.  

I am stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC and on active duty until at least August 2023. 

Listing: Large modern and updated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, multi floor (2nd and 3rd floor of building) unit that is just a short walk to shops, restaurants, parks and train station.

I was stationed in San Diego and recently speaking with a friend about the market out there, by comparison EVERYTHING here is a steal. 

If you want  a trailer park or a gas station, or an ALF, I can't help a whole lot! 

Maybe split the difference and look at Bryan/ College Station?
