If the map for instance shows a heavy crime pattern centered around your complex but the area isn't that bad you need to clean house on the property.

I would have looked to move into a "new" duplex triplex every two years or so following the same pattern.

@Shante Harris Seems like a consistant pattern, the same people jumping on on every wholesaler post...remember biggerpockets is just a website, its kind of like the facebook for investors....And just like facebook, people sit behind a computer and create fake lifestyles, make false statements, pretend to be this and that and bully other people.

I have been talking to real estate agents about this for years and the 2 flow in similar patterns.

I’m an avid reader and like many others recently read Rich Dad Poor Dad and now I’m hooked on the idea of financial independence through real estate (and my other passion of value investing... see the pattern here?).

I'm leaning towards that solution with a solid (marble, etc) window ledge that is well sealed.
