I wonder how (if) they are going to enforce it.With a Realtor they can always threaten to pull the licence, but it seems like for a non-realtor, they would have to be cited/fined somehow by someone (the Police???)

hi alli.am moving into simple property locating for investors and flippers...non licenced no thank you..i just simply want to give definet referrals through my own active footwork and networking...i prefer investors that wish to hold and utilize rental income or house flippers... i have a specific market of realtors to targetmy thing is doing this out of state a difficult task to establish?

I know it's an old thread but for anyone reading this now...The easiest, least risky way to get access to the MLS is to hire an agent who has already done all the work to get the licence, has the BIC, had already invested their money and time into all the access points, may or may not have multiple MLS, and already has the networking of the market.
