And remember that it's not your or my interpretation of the guidelines that matter, it's Fannie Mae's interpretation that prevails, as filtered through private sector underwriters always hedging their risks. 

Intel has just announced a 20+ Billion dollar investment being the largest private sector investment in Ohio's history creating roughly 10,000 jobs.

In addition, many of those in the underbanked sector will continue to have a strong dependance on these ATMs as government programs often use debit card to distribute the assistance proceeds. 

And if you think it will continue to be a strong sector to invest in, what are some of the demand indicators you look at to help you come to that conclusion?

The pandemic has certainly affected every sector but residential real estate market has been very resilient and it continues to be a pillar of support for the economy.

Charlotte is one of the top, if not the #1 market, for certain real estate sectors in the country. 

Also, with rising domestic spending, Japan’s retail sector is performing well.

There are so many different opportunities and sectors to invest in RE so I’m definitely still figuring it out but for now wholesale feels like a great way to start learning the industry while building a savings.

I believe this sector is best suited for the most entrepreneurial investors at the moment, because the industry is still in it's infancy.
