Most traditional RE Agents don't have a list like that.If anyone interested, i can expand how it becomes easier once you have your license.

I find it easier to manage things.

The growing need for sober living homes is incredible.

The last 10 -15 years have seen the introduction of many products that have made it much much easier for marginally qualified and even unqualified people to enter the arena as real estate syndicators.  

The easier it is for someone to engage, the more likely they are not serious about the endeavor.Have you ever visited Biggerpockets facebook page?
