My girlfriend keeps a clean house and is battling this daily, they are coming in from the walls, under carpet and flooring, neighbors on both sides constantly having issues.

They can have someone locate it and either remove or chemically treat it to remove the smell.Be blessed daily

As a realtor, I look daily at all of the potential deals in my market from REO's, NOD's, Short Sales etc..to the 40 unit Multifamily listings available.

The foreclosure law firms also use the Daily Record and a handful of different sites to publish their required notices.  

I don't know you, but it seems your heart is more geared towards helping others and if so the daily grind of rental property can diminish your charitable intentions.

So, I'll import all transactions on a daily basis, and in the import window, many of the transactions will auto generate the pertinent fields, and for the rest, I'll go down the line and set a category and class manually. 

Does that really take care of the mold that attached to the flooring (due to the moisture issue after the mold crept up all the walls it flung itself onto every single thing in that house lol including the floors), or is it like mold on bread where the mold has roots and is all over inside even when the surface is sanded off?

I am surprised from the short time I have been reading the daily discussions on BP by all the new prospective "investors" who want to jump right in without testing the waters around where they actually live.

Have you broken them down into yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily bite size bits that you can attack?
