Most plumbing in very old homes is cast iron and it will eventually leak.

Drain lines if they havent been replaced could be cast iron which cracks easy over time.

A month ago I started listening to the BP pod cast and well I caught the real estate "Bug".

I have always been partial to cast iron if it's thick enough  ; )

Hello everyone I have been on this site for a while now reading and listening to pod casts.

I don't think I've cast a single vote today.

I've been listening to the pod-casts; i like what Josh and Brandon have going on.Back in 2007 I got my real estate license and worked Commercial Real Estate in Seattle mostly finding in-fill land for town home development.  

I understand the long play but I seem to hear about (on the pod casts) and read that people with say 50 units are doing this full time.
