Most out of town renters don’t know the difference between Palo Alto (Stanford/expensive!)

I was only in town for 1 day.

Agricultural vs Residential (R1, R2, AG1, ETC).

Would look at the transit systems going N/S/W and build and buy outside of town along the tracks.  

Our towns are mostly happy with me because I've turned dilapidated condemned buildings into places for people to live....
