I've got tenants who are teachers, work in warehouses, nursing homes, healthcare, construction, one on disability, one retired on social security, and one in services.

For the last 2 years I have been attempting to learn as much as possible about home-owning and home upkeep and have tried to pick up small jobs related to this while finishing up Nursing school.

And yes, I can maximize profit and be an excellent landlord that offers a great place to live, at the same time.One of my clients holds a number of apartments that he lets another associate of mine arbitrage for short term travelling nurses. they have just made an awesome gesture allowing the health professionals on the front lines of this FREE rent.. of course it takes both parties to agree to this the owner has to allow the arbitrager to not pay payments and the arbitrager needs to be able to go without income.. 

Both are able to pay April’s rent (one is a nurse) and the other already warned me her husband was laid off due to travel restrictions.

She is a young nurse and has recently recovered, but has gotten fired because she wasn't showing up for work.
