And yes, I can maximize profit and be an excellent landlord that offers a great place to live, at the same time.One of my clients holds a number of apartments that he lets another associate of mine arbitrage for short term travelling nurses. they have just made an awesome gesture allowing the health professionals on the front lines of this FREE rent.. of course it takes both parties to agree to this the owner has to allow the arbitrager to not pay payments and the arbitrager needs to be able to go without income..
