Does anyone have a recommendation for good accounting software for bookkeeping, etc. for rental properties?

I am a CPA and I work full time for a financial institution while also acting as bookkeeper/landlord/property manager for our investments. 

I'm looking at getting advice on getting a reliable book keeping, tax advice and preparation in the DFW/Plano area.

Before I fully comment, who handles such things as collection of the rents, accounting and book keeping, and distribution of the profits among the 4 family members?

Of course I have a bookkeeper, and a CPA who does my taxes which helps.I spend so much time on tax-related stuff that I got to wondering...what if I ignored the rules completely, kept all my receipts, but just focused on deals, and didn't file any returns at all?

In your bookkeeping, I suggest establishing a pre-paid account under the tenant's name.
