You could rent a room in a big house owned by a little old lady or in a rooming house. When my son was looking for an off-campus apartment, we were fortunate to find him a room in a rooming house in Hyde Park.

It would definitely be much easier (and probably about the same on total cost) to just cashout refi what funds you might need from you STRs and then park then cash in MMAs or 30 day treasuries until you need them.

Definitely that was money making time in terms of operations and appreciation as well.Things have changed now, there is so many STRs now that people are renting for 100-150 USD a night which is like a motel price. Now it may make sense from the perspective of, if Poconos is where you travel a lot with family or you are buying full cash to park the money, or tax strategy or various other personal reasons could be there where it might make sense to invest there. But coming in from the perspective of an investor who are new or have little experience and are trying to build wealth from not too heavy asset portfolio.

Should I future proof it and just go 400 amp service and add an EV port outside where the MTR will park as well?

Your one-bedroom condo may not be a great fit for insurance company relocations (for families displaced by fires), but if your other rentals have two-three bedrooms this may be another way to fill your rentals.I haven't done this, but follow a MTM guy on YouTube that suggests driving by the local "Extended Stay" hotel and looking for company vans in the parking lot.

Once fully satisfied, the split becomes 50/50.When accessing this deal, here’s what went through my mind:A PMP would have to be okay with holding their funds long-termThe borrower would need to be experienced with doing wraps, as it takes time to get willing and able buyerThe borrower would need experience in pivoting to a different exit strategy should they fail to successfully execute a wrapWith NO EQUITY on the property originally, and the PMP being in second position, the borrower would likely need to cross-collateralize if the PMP has NO INTEREST in taking over the propertyMy conclusion, from looking at this from a thoroughly analytical standpoint, would be only someone who has a moderate to high risk tolerance and cares about cash flow without pulling out and parking their money into numerous deals would likely lend on this.Anyways, thoughts anyone?

Demand remains strong but even on peak dates with every park full the parks can't pack in enough people to fill up all the houses. Both Universal and Disney are expanding (Universal sooner) so that will drive up demand even more, but the problem is there is endless land out there so supply will always have a chance to catch up if developers get wind of new demand. That's why, at least for my own purchases, I'm focusing on areas with limited buildability where supply can't just scale in lock-step with demand for eternity.
