The southern Maine region has a significant population of folks who work in Boston and commute in to the city daily or occasionally.

I’m a first-time homebuyer student on an F1 visa thinking of purchasing a multifamily property in South Boston with the help of my family.

Hello BP community,Has anyone had success with a listing agent in selling a difficult property in Greater Boston/ North Shore Boston? 

Here in California, there are potential statewide mandates that would Upzone properties for bigger and denser developments if they are located in and around major public transportation hubs, ie- metro systems.

My personality is such that I’m cynical about any guru or paid boot camp but I’m sure others here have had good experiences.I’m happy to meet for coffee, etc if helpful and in the greater Boston area.A few groups I’m aware of are Ocean City out of Wakefield and Brownstone AG and there are always the homeVestors (we buy ugly houses) folks. 

So I own 8 properties just outside of Boston, all being rented out as sober living houses.

I live in the Boston area and the property values are outrageous enough to encourage me to invest elsewhere.

I live in Winchester, MA (8 miles north of Boston).

I’m currently living in Boston, in my mid-twenties, and am looking to get started in real estate investing.

We have great proximity between boston and new york, top colleges, 4 seasons, etc.
