And to top it off:Very little furniture, lots of dump runs, sometime the grass and landscape get neglected for a couple weeks, always sweeping and vacuuming up dust, painters tape stuck to your clothes, joint compound imbedded into your jeans, tools scattered around the house, half a wall is opened, trim isn't done....

When you have enough proof before you file for eviction based on breach of lease then do an inspection of the property -- take pics of all his personal items throughout the house (toiletries, dirty laundry, clothes in closet/drawers, etc...).

You can put her on the deed and not have to put her name on anything at the bank...My wife is the type of wife that if Im buying properties without here involvement she is gonna think I may leave her one day and she is left with nothing...Some women just have this security thing, Im sure if she was the bread winner and didnt want you on any of her stuff it would make you have second thoughts about your relationship as well.A couple years ago I opened a business and when I went to get incorporated I wanted all the shares in my name....OMG I still hear about that crap...I guess it just comes down to the type of relationship you and her have, she may not care if you put her on it or not.

I've never met women roomies where it ended well, frankly the younger they are the worse it is, you two may never see each other, you may need to light a fire under her if the nice route doesn't work in a timely manner.
