Took 4 of them 3 hours to remove everything and it ALL went in the dumpster , clothes TV , They went to the bed and there were BED BUGS .

Almost immediately, all of them were rented out again; albeit, at massively discounted rates, but to a different demographic: people who HAVE to move or find a place for the medium term and not just people traveling for leisure.

After visiting the properties that didn't rent, kept getting trashed/stripped, with huge PM fees, the pics shown & actual properties didn't jive at all.Before we met they had both been laid off from the same company after 25 & 28 years respectively so they dove into REI after watching the TV gurus.

Malfunctioning appliances, defective TV, broken washer/dryer are all their problem.

One camper has a 48 inch TV mounted to the outside .  

But if you plan to vacation, buy a car, a TV or whatever, leave the money alone!  

Turn on the TV and it's there.

I’m sure the fixed cost of running an apartment in NYC is high, you have a moratorium on evictions, a governor threatening civil war in a state telling citizens not to pay rent, and talking for 2 hours a day on national tv about how to make pasta.
