Cleaning Items - Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soaps, or other cleaning supplies will NOT be supplied.

Ex: small bottle of dish soap, a few hand towels for the kitchen, sponges, pledge wipes, maybe a small Candle or a Glade plug in. 

We are also asking for a $50 "bonus" for every tenant in good standing on their anniversary.

Never show up to the property without a witness present- for your safety and to protect you from what the tenant might say that you did/ didn't do.You'll get through this, and maybe celebrate the anniversary of the day the problem tenant moved out.

The do not limit the size of the array you connect, but they do "reset" your account to zero on an annual basis ... so, if you have a surplus on the anniversary date, there is no carry-forward into the next year ... hell, they don't even send a thank-you card ;-)As a consequence of the utilities approach to consumer generated energy, solar and wind have not really gained traction here.

Wouldn't it be nice to have coffee in the morning, shampoo and soap, sugar for coffee, idea's for things to do, etc...Imagine if you have a family, having a crip, toys, things to bring additional value.
