Contractors are slow and need money to pay off christmas

Hoping to find something I could mostly rent out & may be use with my family if its slow/ not rented.

Syndications are great if you want to own real estate and enjoy the appreciation while sharing the risk and responsibilities with others.

I suspect it isn't just that they are responsible people, they probably don't want the good credit score to be ruined by non-payment/late rent.

Some need to outsource this as they have other responsibilities that would not allow them to self-manage. 

While you present a very interesting response (not accurate of course, but interesting)I'm not aware of a case where the judge dismissed the case because the defendant stated "I didn't know it was illegal"This is no longer for you.
