Just weigh whether it’s worth the head aches or not, I know room mate situation isn’t pleasant, but definitely something that will give at least $500 or so a month.

I don't know how attached you are to this property, but this will most certainly become a huge head ache for you, especially if the seller isn't cooperative, and the main players involved in the original transaction in the 50s have either died or no longer exist.

My theory is I might as well use my own money to buy my own prop and manage it than run around like a crazy person trying to muscle up other people's property to manage.

Cash, Wire Transfer, ACH transfer are the ways that the bank cannot hold up the funds and potentially the whole project while they are allowing the US FED to verify funds...
