I am at the landfill this morning unloading some junk from my house ,  The guy next to me is struggling to get a dresser out of his SUV he is around 75 years old  .

So he sends me an email back this morning with the advice his attorney gave him and now I am completely stumped.. meaning I don't even know what to say back or how to reply to what he says here is the exact email he sent me this morning after speaking to his attorney, " Hello,I spoke with my attorney yesterday, and what you have presented would be a good idea if I was in financial trouble, or had a property I was unable to sell.

I found an out of state rental property I wanted to make an offer on, my agent gave me two names of brokers she works with and by 11am the next morning I had the letter.

Good morning @John Spina jrI am not familiar with how seller financing would work for Flips because it's never been done with anyone I know in my area.

Morning,I purchased a property to flip and have to pulled permits for general rehab electrical, stucco, framing, plumbing and I am adding on another bedroom.In order to get the project moving I used owner / builder to pull permits.  

I got two responses already this morning and will be showing the unit this evening to the first one of them.  

Each morning I look through the MLS, yet with the market as it is, most deals are way overpriced in my opinion.

I received the following email from the broker this morning, and I'm curious to understand how I need to handle this from my side with 1 week left to close.
