It’s been seven months since I purchased the program and have already flipped one house, my second house is getting pictures taken today (rehab is complete) and will be listed around the middle of next week.

Most people want to stay in Playa del Carmen or Tulum, not in the middle.

IMHO I think the draw to the Poconos is it's proximity to two monster metropolitan markets and their middle and professional class who may prefer in many cases to tone it down from places like Miami, Hawaii, Vail, or Stowe, and instead have the luxury of a 1.5-2 hour car trip to somewhere where they will save on airfare, get a good deal on their accommodations, and still have loads of fun with their families without having to deal with exorbitant vacation costs and aggravating travel arrangements. 

So, I am in the middle of purchasing a co-op unit for a flip.

She again worked with the tenants next door and their landlord to get it removed and disposed of as we can't have rotting animals in the backyard in the middle of the city, honestly I don't even know how that would have ended up there. 

This metric indicates how long it would take for all the current homes on the market to sell at the current pace of sales.

I have been leaning towards Pace Morby's Subto community, but it seems very pricey, and I question if I need to pay that much money.

These guys revenue came  from making the take out loan for my BRRR loan.2. these leads were given over to an LA middle man ( like you are)3.

Again, that's my opinion, but then layer in the fact that builders are building at a pace that is far less than necessary to keep up with new families and homes.

Those that can are the wealthy and will continue to separate the middle class into a two class system.
