She's a nice lady and may have some mental challenges but pays like "clockwork". 

My favorites are are local here in Milwaukee, I have basically all national lenders blacklisted, because they all suffer from the same systemic problem: unfamiliarity with local issues, call center mentality and being out of reach and touch.

The challenge is that a good percentage of the homeless population is mentally ill or addicted to drugs.

It's way more beneficial to my business, mental health, and time to find a great agent that's a part of my team instead. 

I sometimes go to that high-school mentality, so to make the bigger pockets people happier, I offered a more business option or two..If you find a solution and your neighbor smirks at you or rubs it in, I might try to forgive and move on with life.Good luck!

But there are always mentally ill people out there hoping that they can force their way into your life. 

A lot of people talk about abundance mentality, but that’s just using common sense to keep your cards close to you.
