I will be quick to admit I have only had experiences with small rentals (6 units and smaller) so if you are looking for help on larger apartment complexes I would not be a great resource.

I'm new here to the BiggerPockets site. I have 1 rental for which I have been renting since 2018. I am looking to purchase more rental properties in the near future.

But if you want to free up resources for other opportunities or simplify things, selling might make more sense.
