Thank you @Chris Music and @Julia Blythe, I thought that was the case being common sense but I had a conversation with another flipper and he said to leave it as is...I appreciate the feed back.

I agree and appreciate your feed back...I'm already meeting some really nice people locally. :-) 

I said when I can go get a 4 bed 2 bath ,or 5 bed 3 bath like in Atlanta way back in the day( even Charlotte) Even when I showed up it in Atlanta , it was basically over the feeding frenzy That was late 2011 in that year. 

After all I may have a family to feed… what is typical?

There's only ONE Facebook feed and guess what - you're competing with EVERY SINGLE PERSON AND COMPANY for the attention of everyone on that site.

At the end of the day, it's what you want but think long on how much you want to feed this or any rental with no return for 4+ years.
