@Joshua Dorkin @Mindy Jensen This is a great direction to go with increasing BP's effectiveness as a networking resource, but I think there is even more potential to be tapped here.BP does an excellent job in facilitating rapid, personal growth of your real estate networks by letting you connect with others in your geographic location, market segment or area of interest.

While I am sure it wasn't very funny to you at the time, I'd bet that a story about the yard of your rental being dug up in order to facilitate a mud wrestling showdown has to be a crowd favorite at parties.I am curious, though; did you make any attempt to recover the damages done to your property?

In all fairness, I know this won't be a popular topic, and I'm going to post up and wait for replies rather than facilitate the discussion....so here goes....I've seen a lot of advertisements, I've received a few offers, and I've seen a lot of offers for "hard money loans" or "private money lending".
