I may be a tad optimistic but I firmly believe that there is money to be made in any market - you just have to embrace what ever situation you are in.

REI makes it healthier each year.

Perhaps develop a RE vertical, but you might want to go after a healthier category (healthcare for instance).Save cash like crazy, build credit and invest in RE on the side.

I am think it would be healthier to have a more balanced real estate investment pro folio.

And if that $1M asset comes with $750K of debt, you'd better believe (and I do trust my PM) that I'm laying eyes on it myself from time to time.So if starting with a single $50K property is just a first step then I could see embracing the travel costs.

Since then I have embraced the abundance mindset, focused on consistent marketing and have built a great team.I primarily use direct mail and bandit signs for lead generation.  

It's a proven strategy and it's embraced by ALL of the big players, including Trump (Sorry to say :-( ).... and if your business entity structure didn't LOWER your taxes, something was missed majorly somewhere.
