A good buy for you may be a bad deal for someone else.If you're looking at income properties, the property analysis tool here at BiggerPockets.com is a great free tool for conducting analysis on houses, apts., etc.Otherwise, you just have to do a traditional CMA - Comparitive Market Analysis in determining property "value".
