Any advice on automating your R.E.I business?

After I am through with these postcards I am thinking of automating some things to increase the moment because working a full time job and trying to wholesale can be cumbersome. 

Our goals are to build a stronger team, to automate what can be automated and to expand across north Florida doing Rehabs, Wholesales and Buy and Holds.

Not trying to stereotype but I know how hard it was to explain Skype to my mom so she could see the grand kids after she retired to Florida.Does this bite into the automation of your land lording?

I was little skeptical at first because I've seen quite a few gurus trying to sell systems for virtual wholesaling to automate or make a simple formula for rehabbing estimates, or sell you some software.
