Then find brokers (resi or comm) that do that.Comm guys will bring you on as a junior, but you need to know how to work the phones.I wouldn't mention the 30 hour a week thing, I wouldn't take you too seriously if I heard that.

I would also be mindful of those that have not been in the military long because most junior service members (but definitely not all) will have gone straight to living in barracks after graduating high school, and have never had a house of their own to take care of, potentially bringing you similar issues as college students.

The current lien holder for the seller would be paid in full through the close of escrow, then the seller could carry the balance junior to your lender.

I am curious whether collateral includes the property belonging to the LLC ( ie the real estate property) and whether it is junior to the mortgage already in place.
