I would recommend talking to many lenders/brokers to see which one has the most experience funding these loan types. 

It's up to you if you're client will take these consolidated articles at face value or if they need an in-depth analysis then you'll have to go with subscriptions.Another recommendation I got is to follow authors from the main news publication sites that publish real estate market trends.

I would not recommend RESimpli to anyone else.

Once you sign up there’s a ton of other systems (Freedomsoft, Prycd, Mailers, LLC, phone lines etc)he recommends that you get in order to do his program successfully.

I don't personally have an umbrella policy but if you do want to be extra safe, yes, I would recommend an LLC and umbrella policy together.

I also recommend hiring a PM... then they deal with all of this and leave you out of it. 

@Sami Gren I would not recommend accepting rent through a random App that you did not set up yourself.
