Quicken does have a Tax Planner function that helps predict your tax bill using your Quicken data.

If it isn't zoned for multi-family you would have to make a request to the city planner to change the zoning and go through a 3 month process.

As an urban planner, and the sole member of the GIS department at my Town, I love this idea, and have been trying to implement something similar to it at our Town.

I went to the city front desk and asked the planners to check my property to see if I could build anything behind my property since there is 19,500 sqft lot total on my land.  

A daily planner like any other, but one that is aimed at incorporating your short and long term goals in very concrete ways.

Ea. of those resi and commercial will have maximums, setback, sideyear requirements.I alwat when with the "planner of the day" for curveballs like this.
