Millennial Investor Focus Group on Facebook is home to tons of investors and some contractors in the twin cities so it can be helpful to post questions there as well. 

I understand that most folks on this forum may share my opinion but I just need a safe place to vent....I am so sick of people (mostly my millennial generation because we’re obsessed with online comparisons) posting about their new house on Facebook and being congratulated for it when 1.

Currently, investors are still buying real estate, though there is some reduction expected as capital value increases.Experts believe other economic factors are responsible for the current strength of the real estate market, including low unemployment and millennials entering the housing market.

Not as cheap as Google voice, but may solve the voice quality and flexibility issues of other options.Personally, I find cell phones in general to be a throw back to the days of the Mercury astronauts (early 1960's for the Millennials in the audience).

Millennials are moving from traditional tech centers and landing in Austin.

Looking into my crystal ball, it seems likely government assisted housing increases over time: college expenses & student debt keeps rising, new grads have a harder time finding jobs, millennials have been told to not expect Social Security to be around when they need it, and people are living longer (assisted living costs are chewing through retirees savings quickly).Sidebar on Section 8 Seniors: Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities that accept Section 8 are rare and sub-standard in my area. 

And long term I am not worried, inflation and millennials will see to it.

I really like the police presence in that city they have this stuff under control for the most part we are able to build 500 to 600k houses in these areas and sell them to millennials..

Millennials are renting there.I would never have imagined that happening but it did.
